The Alan Parsons Live Project is performing at The Theater at Virgin Hotels on Sunday, September 13, 2015. The show is at 7:30 PM. Parsons recently added several dates to his tour including a show in Phoenix, AZ and he returns to Mexico in October 2016 for two shows in León and Mexico City. His new album From the New World (2022) is the latest step in Parsons' journey through progressive rock. He will be playing songs from this album as well as his most beloved hits from his career. Alan Parsons, the famous audio engineer from the classic albums The Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd, and also worked with The Beatles on the albums Abbey Road and Let It Be. He is actually in the background of the famous Beatles' rooftop concert in the movie Let It Be. He has won one Grammy Award (for Best Surround Sound Audio Album for the 35th Anniversary Edition of Eye in the Sky (2019), out of 13 nominations. Parsons was awarded the Les Paul Award (1995) and the Diva Hall of Fame Lifetime Achievement Award (2012). In 2019 he was awarded an OBE by the Queen for services to music and charity.
